Where Are You Located?

We are located in Sandy Springs, GA. The exact suite address is sent after your appointment is confirmed. We are by appointment only—book online at sliqueofficial.com or via Vagaro.


Can I Get Services While Pregnant Or on My Cycle?

Yes. However, hormonal changes can increase sensitivity. A tampon or menstrual cup is required if waxing while menstruating. For waxing services:

  1. Hair must be at least a grain of rice long (¼ inch).
  2. Arrive freshly showered with no lotion, oil, or deodorant on the area.
  3. Avoid caffeine, alcohol, or exfoliating the day of your appointment.


Always let us know if you’re pregnant so we can adjust your service accordingly.


Whats The Difference Between Classic Tint, Henna, & Lamination?


  1. Classic Tint: Traditional dye, lasts 4–6 days on skin, 2–3 weeks on hair.
  2. Henna: Natural stain, longer-lasting—up to 14 days on skin.
  3. Lamination: Lifts and sets brow hairs for a fuller, fluffier look (lasts 4–6 weeks).
  4. Combo services like our Full Brow Transformation include mapping, lamination, henna, waxing, hydration mask + styling.



What is A Lash Lift & How Long Does it Last?

A lash lift curls and lifts your natural lashes from the root—no extensions needed. Results last 6–8 weeks depending on lash cycle. Tinting available by request for added definition.


What Types of Facials & Skin Treatments Do You Offer?


  1. Custom facials for all skin types.
  2. Full-body facials (upper or lower body).
  3. Back facials.
  4. Intimate area facials (bikini/butt).
  5. Machine-based services like Hydrafacials and Microneedling will be added soon.



Do You Offer Services to Men?

Absolutely. Slique is fully gender-inclusive and offers all waxing, skincare, and treatment services for men.


From brows to Brazilians, chest to back, facials to full-body skincare—everyBODY is welcome at Slique. Our space is private, professional, and built to serve clients of all genders with comfort and care.

Can I Cancel My Package or Membership?

You may cancel your membership at any time with at least 7 days’ notice before your next billing cycle.

Packages are non-refundable, but you can transfer unused sessions to another eligible client with approval. All cancellations must be made via your Vagaro account or by contacting Slique directly.


What If I Am Currently On Medication/Breastfeeding?

Yes. Please let us know if you are:


  1. Using Retin-A, Accutane, tretinoin, or exfoliating medications
  2. Pregnant or breastfeeding
  3. Have had recent chemical peels, Botox, or laser
  4. We may modify or reschedule your treatment based on your health info.



What Should I Avoid After My Service?

For best results and to protect your skin, please avoid the following for 24–48 hours after your service:


  1. Hot showers, saunas, or steam rooms
  2. Intense workouts or sweating (for intimate areas post-wax)
  3. Sun exposure or tanning beds
  4. Touching, picking, or exfoliating the treated area
  5. Wearing tight clothing on freshly waxed areas (bikini, underarms, etc.)
  6. Applying heavy makeup (for facial clients)
  7. Using retinols, acids, or active skincare unless directed by your esthetician


CANCELLATION/LATE/REFUND/NO-SHOW POLICY:

At Slique, you receive a one-time courtesy for a missed appointment at no charge.

Afterwards:


Each missed visit will result in a fee applied to your account

After 2 no-shows, you’ll be required to request to book going forward

If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your appointment will be rescheduled, and a 50% late fee will be charged.


All services and deposits are non-refundable. If you are ever unsatisfied, please speak with us immediately and we will do our best to make it right.
